The Inn 【GION no Yado】is located in Gion district, a highly-popular place in Kyoto.
Our location provides guests with easy access to view the scenery of Gion that changes every moment, and to participate in multiple local activities in Gion. The nearby train stations offer convenience for our guests to visit many places in the Kyoto area as well as to travel to Nara and Osaka from the Gion Inn.

Many tourists visit Hanami-Kouji street and Tatsumi-bashi bridge in Gion district throughout the year. But quietness can be found on a side road, as if the hustle and bustle of Gion do not exist. The Gion Inn is located in this type of calm place.
The Inn is conveniently located for sight-seeing, dining, or shopping.
It is located within a 15-minute walk from not only Gion, but also Yasaka Shrine, Minami-za (Kabuki theater), and train stations (Sanjo, Gion Shijo, Kyoto-Kawaramachi).
The Inn has one of the best locations to enjoy Kyoto.

Check-in and check-out time

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Contact us in advance if you plan to arrive before 3:00 PM or after 10:00 PM.
On check-out, close the entrance door and make sure that the automated lock is activated.
Please make sure all your belongings are packed before your departure.

Cancellations

The following cancellation fee in addition to any credit card fee will be charged. Any remaining deposit for reservations will be reimbursed.
Guest's cancellation request will be treated according to the following rules.

・No show 100％
・1 to 3 days in advance 50%
・4 to 14 days in advance 30%
・15 days and more in advance 0%

* The refund will be put back to the card used for the deposit. Please contact the card company when the reimbursement is posted.
